OUTSIDE FEATURES

The villa is set in a woodland, and it is accessed via a one-mile dirt road. This feature allows for complete privacy and silence. The private pool enjoys spectacular views of the valley; the pool deck is furnished to guarantee comfort and positioned nearby some old oak trees that grant shade when you need it.

A lounge and a dining area are available outside the house for dining al fresco and sharing some lively conversations.

You can reach Florence or Rome by train in 90-120 minutes (depending on the train) from the train station of Chiusi- Chianciano Terme, which is 25 min away from the villa.
