The right wing and the tower of the villa – which can accommodate up to 7 guests - together with the private swimming pool, are available for renting, while the remaining part is private and will not be used during guests' stay.

Guests staying at Torre di Montelopio can walk to a bar as well as to a restaurant , furthermore the renowned resort of Castelfalfi, with its restaurants and the well-known golf course, is only 12 kilometers from the property.

The exteriors of the house and the pool, which is located among olive groves, are very well-kept. A special feature is the large gated courtyard, where there is a table perfect for al-fresco dining. The property is ideal for families travelling with children, as they have the option to make them freely play in a fenced area.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms sharing two bathrooms. The master suite is located in the tower and has been recently renovated. It is composed of a sitting room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This part is equipped with air-conditioning included in the price.

If you wish to have a special experience, the staff of Montelopio can organize for you classic Tuscan dinners in the charming ancient kitchen of the estate. This service is at extra cost.
