The four ensuite bedrooms are designed with resort-inspired luxury in mind featuring crisp whites, natural stone textures, and warm timber finishes. Traveling families can request complimentary Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and other amenities to enhance their stay. Light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to ensure an effortless five-star stay. Premium linens, toiletries, bathrobes, plus bath and beach towels are all provided.
Aqua’s amenities extend beyond the residence. The communal infinity pool with a tanning ledge offers a serene place to unwind, while the beachfront below provides a tropical escape. Snorkeling enthusiasts will appreciate the ladder anchored to the seawall providing genter water entry. For barefoot water entry, guests can venture up the beach to The Grandview or Sunset Cove. Private fishing and snorkel charters can also be arranged, departing directly from Aqua’s private cove.
Guests will be assigned two private parking spaces in Aqua's secured garage with direct access via a keyed elevator. Aqua is a non-smoking property, ensuring a fresh, clean environment for all guests. Beach Details
Aqua is located at the southern end of Seven Mile Beach and enjoys a wide barefoot beach in front of the building and infinity pool. Guests can take barefoot walks south for about half a mile. The beach here is protected by a natural limestone cove. There is snorkeling access via a concrete pier with a water ladder. Barefoot water entry can be enjoyed next door at the Grandview Condos or Sunset Cove, the neighboring properties north along Seven Mile Beach.

Guests must be 25 or older to book and agree to occupy the unit during the entire stay.
All units are non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking inside the residence, on the balcony, and around the pool deck.
No pets are allowed on the property.
No parties, weddings, or events are permitted without written approval from the property manager.
We ask all guests to be considerate when enjoying the pool and outdoor areas by keeping the noise to a minimum.
