Villa Notes

Small Dogs and Cats accepted - On Request in advance. They must be clean and the owner must take care of them properly (attention is asked in regards to pet hair, bites, deterioration of the furniture, carpet, cables and garden) - Any damage will be charged
An anti-Mosquito treatment is done every 15 days by a professional Pest Control Company
This Villa includes a Weekly visit of the Pool Technician and Gardners (Thursday or Friday afternoon). For this reason, we suggest that our Guests spend the day at the beach from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm in order not to suffer from noise pollution
No events allowed but friends of course can be invited, as long as they respect a reasonable noise level without annoying the neighbors. The Villa allows a set up tables for up to 12 people
