Overview
Villa Modern Chic has five air conditioned en-suite bedrooms accommodating 10 guests. It consists of a large open plan room, kitchen/dining room, large windows opening onto a terrace with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and dining area with shade sails. On the left is the beautiful, elegant living area. Large windows open onto the terrace covered with shade sail. There are two double bedrooms, each with a TV, and walk in shower, wash basin & WC.
On the upper floor are three bedrooms, one with queen size bed and two with king size beds. Each of the bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms.
Outside the there is a large terrace with outdoor kitchen/bar, BBQ, dining area with shade sails and a comfy seating area overlooking the heated pool. Below the pool there is a lawn area with distant view over the vineyards. There is ample parking with electric gates.
It’s not possible to feel bored in this area with St Tropez’s where they are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday. If it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”. Nightlife, sports clubs, and medieval towns to explore such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle and best of all, the vineyards of Gassin are all within close proximity to villa. The villa is also close to a golf course, a polo club, a tennis club and a cycle path that leads to Saint-Tropez in just 15 minutes.
