Overview
Upon entering and a few steps past the foyer, you’ll notice the expansive living/ kitchen and dining area equipped with stainless steel appliances, dual large capacity fridge, granite countertops, a spacious kitchen island, and a dining table fit for 16 – great for meals with family and friends.
Continue further into the living room to find a mounted 86” flat-screen television perfect for movie nights. On a nice day, open the sliding doors for fresh air and head outside to take a dip in your own private pool. Outside you’ll find a large high-end Weber propane grill, comfy sofa seating, and several loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine. While hanging out, see if you can spot the flamingos in the garden.
After pool time, head upstairs to the epic arcade room to settle the score. You’ll have four machines to duke it out on including Dance Dance Revolution and Big Buck Hunter.
When you’re ready to call it a night, head to one of the 10 bedrooms including two large master suites with spa-like soaker tubs. Another bedroom located on the first floor features a wheelchair-accessible shower. Seven other bedrooms are located upstairs and most have an attached bathroom.

Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions
This home will be stocked with a very limited starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
We have a strict no-party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breach of the rental agreement will result in steep additional charges.
Guests will have access to park 4 cars, if you’re planning on bringing more please inquire first
