Overview

The channel is a bit longer than 10 km and it is on both sides surrounded by steep cliffs, sometimes up to 100 meters high.

Its name comes from the word "limes“, latin word for "border“. Limski kanal used to be a border between Pula’s and Poreč’s ager but today it is the border between Vrsar and Rovinj.

This luxurious five star villa is built in a contemporary style, offering lots of facilities for your relaxation. It sleeps up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, and it can accommodate extra two auxiliary staff.

The villa comprises of five bedrooms, living room with a fireplace, TV and stereo surround system, fully equipped kitchen with bar, dining area with a table for 10 guests. In addition, at guest’s disposal are a very well equipped gym & spa area and a billiard room with lounge area. All five bedrooms are with a double bed (dimensions 180 x 200 cm), but in one bedroom beds can be separated (90 x 200 cm). Furthermore, all of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom each, with a shower and a tub. Also, all rooms have an open sea view.

A small sport airport located nearby the villa gives a possibility to guests to arrive with private jets or helicopters. We can organize the flight for up to 12 guests for you or offer you arrival with a helicopter which can be at your disposal during your stay (everything by prior arrangement, surcharge applies). The runway is 800 meters long. Furthermore, we can arrange panoramic flights and sightseeing of the whole Croatian coast with islands, all the way to Dubrovnik on the south.

The villa with its 700 square meters is situated at the 3.800 m2 of property, where landscape and vegetation give extraordinary feeling of connection with nature. Location of the Villa near the sea, crystal blue sea and amazing view gives you opportunity to relax and enjoy. Because of its size and luxury, the villa can be used for business meetings, unique private gatherings, romantic holidays and so on.

There is also floor heating in this gorgeous villa and welcome packet is provided for every stay.
